All billing goes through Stripe. You can update your card, see invoices, download receipts, and cancel directly from the Stripe customer portal, reachable in two clicks from Settings → Billing. No support ticket required.
Your workspace stays read-only for 30 days after cancellation, so you can export anything you need (cap table CSV, forecast CSV, deck PDF, your investor update history). After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted. Investors who had access to your data room lose access immediately upon cancellation.
Yes, that's the whole point. Connect Gmail in Settings → Integrations and Arx sends updates from your address. Replies thread back into your inbox like any other email.
Cap tables and SAFEs are sensitive. We treat them that way. Everything is encrypted at rest and in transit. OAuth tokens are encrypted with a separate key. Row-level security gates every database query. Two-factor authentication (TOTP) is available on every account. We do not train AI models on your tenant data.
Not necessarily. Arx is designed for the years between zero and Series A. Once you have a 409A, multiple share classes, secondary transactions, and an actual general counsel, Carta is built for that world. We see Arx and Carta as life-stage tools, not direct competitors.
