A clause giving an investor the right to amend their SAFE to match the most favorable terms granted to any later investor — until a priced round closes.
Worked example. Sequence takes a $250K SAFE with MFN at $9M post. Catalyst leads at $8M post. Sequence's cap resets to $8M.
